Since grid failure occurs frequently, most of the factories and offices are with backup diesel generator which is costly in maintenance and fuel consumption. the 60kW battery energy storage system with battery inverter, the system was designed to support consumption of the station and the inspection centre during grid failure, and minimize the usage of DG. It has decreased Diesel consumption by 95 per cent in first year alone. Solar production during the first year is expected to exceed 93.000 Kwh .
The 50kW system is designed to cover all the needs of the station and decrease the use of Diesel generators. The solar system produces pver 60.000 kwh a year.
Kokar stations demand is both low and during the day. This system is designed to support the station and has reduced the use of generators to zero. The system is producing over 16.000 kwh per year.
